Overview

Saltwater spinning reel

BATTLE SP5000

5000-size control with real saltwater fighting power.

Forged alloy body strength, CNC brass gearing, a deep PE spool, IPX-8 water resistance, and 30 kg of drag in a compact 380 g platform.

30 kg Max drag
380 g Reel weight
94 cm Retrieve per crank
IPX-8 Water resistance
Forged load path

Rigid where the reel takes pressure.

A saltwater reel needs to hold gear alignment when drag pressure rises. BATTLE SP5000 pairs a forged alloy main body with a dual-supported drive structure so power transfer stays more stable under load.

The metal body is built to resist deformation near rocks, pylons, reef edges, and current. A composite nylon rotor keeps the reel responsive through repeated casting without giving up the strength needed for harder saltwater use.

Brass gearing

Torque without a hollow retrieve.

CNC-machined brass gears help keep the reel smooth, solid, and durable through repeated heavy use.

Deep PE spool

Capacity for long casts and hard first runs.

Line management

Built around braid release, capacity, and control.

The CNC-machined hollowed alloy deep spool balances rigidity with reduced mass at the front of the reel. A semi-tapered lip supports smoother release, while cross-wrap line lay and eccentric cam oscillation help manage PE braid cleanly through repeated casts.

PE capacity

0.285 mm / 280 m, 0.310 mm / 250 m, and 0.331 mm / 230 m for demanding shore and inshore setups.

Spool lip

Semi-tapered geometry helps braid leave the spool with less friction on metal lures, plugs, and soft plastics.

Line lay

Cross-wrap placement reduces digging under pressure and supports predictable line release over longer sessions.

Drag and sealing

Strong pressure that stays controlled in wet conditions.

The 30 kg drag rating gives headroom for heavy braid and structure fishing. Felt drag washers with damping grease help output stay smoother and more stable instead of harsh or erratic during a fight.

30 kg Max Drag

Stopping power for hard first runs, heavy PE setups, and situations where turning fish away from structure matters.

Damped Output

Felt washers and damping grease help the drag remain consistent under compression, heat, and sustained pressure.

IPX-8 Protection

Sealed protection for saltwater spray, washdown, heavy splash, and accidental immersion around rough water.

Retrieve and handling

Fast pickup with leverage in the handle.

A 5.5:1 gear ratio and 94 cm retrieve per crank help recover slack, keep lure line tight, and maintain pressure when fish change direction. The one-piece metal handle and oversized aluminum ball knob give the grip and leverage needed for harder retrieves.

One-way system

Full-time anti-reverse reduces accidental reverse engagement and removes a common weak point.

Line roller

Bearing support lowers friction where braid passes through the roller under load.

Bail system

A one-piece bail wire and mechanical bail return support cleaner pickup after frequent casting.

BATTLE SP5000 reel color lineup with handle and ball knob detail
One platform

Gold, grey, or pink. Same saltwater core.

Color lineup

Three finishes. Same battle platform.

Each color shares the same forged alloy body, CNC brass gears, IPX-8 sealing, 30 kg drag system, 8+1 bearings, and deep CNC spool.

Gold Warm metal accent over the same compact saltwater platform.
Grey Low-profile graphite finish for understated setups.
Pink Muted metallic accent without changing the performance foundation.
Built for saltwater lure work

Compact power for shorelines, structure, boats, and heavy PE.

This is not an ultralight finesse reel. It is a 5000-size power platform for anglers who need drag, sealing, gearing, and line management in one compact saltwater reel.

Shore Casting

Deep spool capacity, 94 cm retrieve, and cross-wrap line lay support long casts from beaches, rocks, seawalls, and piers.

Structure Fishing

30 kg drag, a forged alloy body, and a supported drive help apply pressure near pylons, reef edges, rocks, or heavy cover.

Inshore Boat

IPX-8 sealing, corrosion-resistant bearings, and a strong handle system suit wet decks, spray, and washdown.

Heavy PE Braid

The deep spool, semi-tapered lip, line roller, and cross-wrap line lay are designed around cleaner braid control.

BATTLE SP5000

5000-SIZE CONTROL. 30 KG OF FIGHTING POWER.

Forged, sealed, and ready for hard runs when saltwater pushes back.
