At KaozAngler, we want to get your gear to you as soon as possible. We work hard to process your order quickly so you can put your new rods, reels, and tackle to use sooner.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to orders delivered within Australia only.
Delivery Tracking
You can track the status of your delivery at any time via our tracking page: https://kaozangler.com.au/app/order-tracking.
Please note it may take up to 24 hours from the time your order is confirmed for tracking information to become active. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Duties and Taxes
All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
For orders delivered within Australia, no additional duties or taxes are charged by KaozAngler at the time of delivery.
A signature may be required upon delivery, depending on the service used and your location.
Delivery Options & Rates
We offer two main delivery services within Australia:

- Standard: economical delivery option for most orders.
Final shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your order value and delivery address.
Order Processing Time
We strive to process and ship your orders swiftly.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AWST, GMT+8) on a business day are usually dispatched on the same business day.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (AWST, GMT+8), or on weekends or public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Please note that during peak periods, promotional events, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is made up of:
- Order Processing Time (as set out above), plus
- Delivery Time (the time with the courier, after dispatch).
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse:
- Standard Delivery: typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier performance, particularly for regional or remote areas within Australia.
PO Box Addresses
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.
To ensure the timely and successful delivery of your order, please provide a physical street address at checkout. Orders placed with a PO Box address may be delayed or cancelled if we are unable to arrange a suitable alternative.
This is especially important for longer items such as rods, which often require courier delivery to a street address.
