KA ANGLER products are designed and manufactured solely for recreational and sport fishing purposes.
Users are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with their intended purpose, applicable laws, local regulations, and accepted fishing practices.
KA ANGLER products are not intended for commercial operations, industrial applications, rescue activities, personal flotation purposes, or any life-support function.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for their intended fishing environment, target species, weather conditions, and operating circumstances.
All equipment should be inspected before each use. Any product showing signs of damage, excessive wear, modification, or abnormal performance should be removed from service immediately.

3. Water Safety Warning

The user voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the use of the product and participation in fishing-related activities.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KA ANGLER shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, expense, disability, or consequential loss arising from:
- Improper use of the product;
- Use outside recommended specifications;
- Product modification or unauthorised repairs;
- Failure to comply with applicable safety regulations;
- Failure to wear required safety equipment;
- Negligence of the user or any third party;
- Weather, sea, or environmental conditions beyond the reasonable control of KA ANGLER;
- Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, or improper storage of the product.
6. Product Performance Notice
Fishing equipment performance is affected by environmental conditions, fishing techniques, maintenance practices, and user experience.
No fishing rod, reel, line, lure, hook, or accessory can guarantee catch success, landing rates, or suitability for every fishing condition.

8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights, guarantees, warranties, or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
